Luca Biggio

Assistant Professor in the Department of Computing Sciences at Bocconi University. His research focuses on understanding the inner workings of neural networks, identifying their limitations, and enhancing their efficiency. He is also interested in interdisciplinary applications of deep learning across various fields of science and engineering. He holds a PhD from ETH Zurich and he completed my postdoctoral research at EPFL. Before that, he earned a Master’s degree in Machine Learning from the University of Cambridge and a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of Genoa.
